  1. Show your face

In order to attract dream clients, Instagram marketing must have a place in your marketing strategy. You need to show your face on a weekly (preferably daily) basis, across as many social media platforms as possible. Make sure you’re building relationships with your customers by responding to comments on posts and replying to all your DMs. By showing up frequently, providing valuable content, and speaking to your dream customers' biggest struggles you will build trust with your followers and eventually nurture them into paying customers.

2. Email Marketing

Instagram marketing is an important part of your marketing plan but it should never be the whole plan! Think of it like this, Instagram is the appetiser while email is the main course. Email marketing is where you will attract dream clients and where you will see all your hard work get exchanged for money! You must have a system in place to grow your email list and should be emailing your customers consistently, at the same time, every week without fail.

3. Get Your Name Out There

What podcasts does your dream customer listen to, what magazines do they read, and what newsletters are they subscribed to?  Carve out some time every week to search for opportunities that place your sustainable small business in front of your dream customer.  Positioning yourself in your dream customers' space builds trust and brings your business to the forefront of their minds, which, in turn, will help you attract dream clients.
